COMPREHENSIVE VIDEO ANALYSIS

ELITE Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy has taken a unique and high-tech approach to the bike-fit process. This program, developed with input from professional cyclists, uses slow motion video analysis to examine the riderís posture, cadence, and any deviations in the pedal stroke.

The information is examined frame-by-frame, and digitized to a DVD, which is given to the athlete. The athletes can then further scrutinize their cycling biomechanics, forward to their coach, or compare to previous or future analysis.

The cost of this analysis is $150.
